2016 Contribution Statements can be obtained by logging into your Online Member Services account at www.lighthousealaska.org.  If you have not created an online member service account, you can do so by clicking “Member Services” under “Just For You” on the homepage of lighthousealaska.org. You may also request your statement by email or telephone. Make your email request to Finance@lighthousealaska.org or phone request to 272-2237.
